1. Welcome

Welcome to Belinda Martens Kjærulf!
By using my website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and confirm that you are over 18 or have permission from a legal guardian.

Please read these Terms carefully — they explain your rights as an EU consumer and my responsibilities as a shop owner.

2. Your Account

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.

3. My Products

I describe and photograph all products as accurately as possible.
Please note: colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
All product information, prices or availability may change without notice.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to buy the product.
Your order becomes binding only once I confirm it by email.

I may cancel an order if:

  • a product is out of stock

  • pricing or description errors occur

  • payment fails
    If that happens, I will notify you immediately and refund you.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed include VAT (if applicable) and are shown in the currency indicated on the website.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

You agree to provide correct payment information so your order can be processed.
Your payment is charged at the time of ordering.

6. Shipping and Delivery

I ship orders to the countries listed on my website.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Once I hand your order over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos so I can help you.

7. Your EU Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Your withdrawal period ends:

14 days after you (or a person you choose) received the product.

To withdraw:

Just send me an email at hello@belindamartenskjaerulf.com stating that you want to return your order.

Conditions:

  • You must return the item within 14 days after telling me.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • I will refund the full product price using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Exemptions (EU-allowed):

You cannot withdraw from purchases of:

  • personalized or custom-made items

8. Legal Warranty (EU 2-Year Guarantee)

EU law gives you a 2-year legal warranty on physical goods.

If your product has a manufacturing fault or arrives defective, please contact me.
You are entitled to:

  • a free repair or replacement

  • or, if that is not possible, a partial refund or full refund

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear

  • damage caused by misuse

  • accidental damage

9. Intellectual Property

All images, artworks, designs, text and graphics on the website are owned by me, Belinda Martens Kjærulf.
You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without my written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

My shop is powered by Shopify.
Some tools, payment providers or content may come from third parties.
Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms.

11. Feedback

If you share feedback, reviews or ideas with me, you allow me to use this content on my website or social media for marketing purposes.

You must only submit content that you created or have the rights to use.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • violate any laws

  • upload viruses or malicious code

  • attempt to hack or misuse the website

  • harass, abuse or insult other users or me

  • use my content without permission

13. Liability

I am liable only for damages caused by:

  • gross negligence

  • intentional misconduct

  • or where liability cannot be limited under mandatory EU law

I am not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • losses caused by events outside my control (e.g., carrier delays)

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

I may update these Terms from time to time.
If I make significant changes, I will notify you as required by EU law.
By continuing to use the website, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of the country where my business is registered: Denmark.
Any disputes may be settled in the Danish courts.
